Telecommuting, telemarketing and telephone customer service are now much easier to implement as the tools become ubiquitous. Those employees with difficulty in movement, driving or needs to stay close to a home support system are now able to participate fully in the work environment, and even to communicate with their colleagues with their ‘virtual’ presence.
